The Bolle bakery identity features custom letterforms inspired by baking—soft, dough-like shapes and twist details reminiscent of the Finnish cinnamon bun, embodying comfort, tradition, and a touch of playfulness. Bolle was founded to be more than a bakery; it strives to create a warm, inviting space where the community can gather and connect.

Challenge: The goal was to create an approachable, down-to-earth brand identity that reflected the bakery’s modern flavors, Finnish baking heritage, and strong community focus. The identity needed to appeal to locals of all ages, communicate warmth and friendliness, and convey the craftsmanship and joy of the bakery experience—going beyond the products themselves to capture tradition, comfort, and playfulness.

Approach: Custom letterforms inspired by baking form the foundation of the identity. Soft, dough-like shapes and subtle twists evoke Finnish cinnamon buns, blending tradition with a touch of playfulness.

Outcome: The identity brings Bolle’s personality to life across packaging, signage, and digital channels. Playful letterforms and cohesive visual assets convey warmth and approachability, positioning Bolle Bakery as a welcoming local hub — a place to gather, connect, and enjoy freshly baked treats.
